5 Day Return Policy

1. Overview
At Brooch Kart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

  • The product must be sent back to our warehouse address in its original packing , please mail to broochkart@gmail.com to request for our warehouse address.

  • The product must be shipped via a reputed courier back to us , the timeline between date of delivery of the product to you from us and the date of return shipment booking from you to us should not exceed 5 calendar days including both days . Courier tracking details will be used to determine the calculation of number of days.


3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized brooches.

  • Items purchased during a clearance or sale event.

  • Items sold at discounted price

  • Items should not be used 

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage.


4. Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our customer service team at support@broochkart.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided via a reputed courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer .

  4. A processing fee of Rs 149 will be applicable and adjusted towards refund if approved .

  5. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–21 business days to your original payment method.


5. In-Store Purchases
For items purchased directly from a Brooch Kart store, please bring the original receipt and product to the same store within 5 days for return or exchange, subject to inspection.


6. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 10–21 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
