At Brooch Kart, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be issued for online and in-store purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return/refund request is made within 7 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store).

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or cancellations are not applicable to:

  • Custom-made or personalized brooches.

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events (unless defective).

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or improper handling after purchase.

4. Refund Process (Online Orders)

  2. Provide your order number, reason for refund, photos and unboxing video of the product  if the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

5. In-Store Purchases
Refunds for in-store purchases will be issued only for defective items, subject to inspection, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt.

6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as communicated within 10-21 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy (Online Orders)

  • Orders cannot be cancelled .

  • Brooch Kart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue along with unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
